Service Description

Experience restorative perinatal support at Soulmatic Doula and Perinatal Services. As a certified somatic trauma-informed perinatal coach, my focus is on restoring safety and decreasing re-traumatization during labor. Together, we will address past experiences, blockages and triggers that may come up during your pregnancy journey. Through various practices we will focus on grounding and empowering techniques and work together to carefully design a birth plan that speaks to your specific safety needs. My coaching services extend to 12 months post delivery to provide additional wellness support. My work with to support any therapeutic work you may be doing and to foster healthy communication between you and your midwife or doctor. For clients not currently working with a licensed therapist and who required attention for deeper rooted issues, I have partnered with highly skilled licensed therapists that I can connect you with.
