Healing Through the Body, Connection, and Nature

Greetings, I am the founder of Sacral Soulmatic Support, a trauma-informed somatic wellness practice rooted in the belief that healing happens through the body, through connection, and through honoring the sacred parts of ourselves ; especially the ones we were told to silence. What began as a space primarily supporting women of color in healing from trauma has naturally evolved into a practice that welcomes all who seek embodied healing, community, and reconnection with the Earth. My work continues to center women’s voices and the experiences of women of color, while also guiding men, elders, and organizations through nature-based and ancestral wellness. Through somatic coaching, ancestral parts work, and holistic guidance, I help individuals return to their body, their voice, and their truth. I also guide communities through Sacred Nature-Based Healing, a practice that invites us to reconnect with the land and remember our deep belonging to it. Through forest bathing, grounding practices, and earth rituals, I create experiences that nurture healing not only within, but also in relationship to the world around us.

Self-Discovery for

Women of Color

As a woman of color, I continue to hold sacred space for women to explore healing that acknowledges our histories, identities, and resilience. Through a trauma-informed and somatic lens, I support you in healing from burnout, disconnection, and trauma. Helping you navigate emotional and physical barriers with compassion and clarity. Together, we work to reclaim power, soften protection, and rediscover your authentic voice. This remains the heartbeat of Sacral Soulmatic Support — even as the practice grows to welcome diverse communities, all seeking to come home to themselves and to nature. For those who have experienced trauma during pregnancy or birth, or are preparing for delivery, I offer holistic birth and perinatal support. As a certified somatic perinatal coach, I provide care that honors your unique needs and empowers you to embrace your birthing journey with dignity and respect.

Community and Collective Healing

My work continues to expand into spaces that foster collective and intergenerational wellness. I offer forest bathing, IFS-informed workshops, and mindfulness-based programs that help groups restore presence, connection, and emotional balance. This includes: -Nature-based wellness for community and educational organizations -Forest bathing and sensory mindfulness for seniors and caregivers -Somatic tools for educators and wellness professionals -Restorative workshops for teams and groups seeking nervous system regulation and renewal At the heart of this expansion is the same belief: healing is not only personal; it’s communal and ecological. When we heal in relationship with the Earth, we remember that our wholeness is interconnected with the world around us.
