What Is a SOULmatic Ritual?

SOULmatic Rituals products are more than just a product. It’s an entryway into deeper connection. Our teas, smokes, and foot soaks are crafted to balance energy centers and hold intention on their own. But when paired with the guided somatic practice included with every blend, they transform into a complete ritual.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Identify your focus → Read through the center intentions: Rooted, Orange Glow, Golden Glow, Open Heart, Blue Voice, Indigo Insight, or Lotus Light—to discover which area you’d like to nurture. Not sure where to begin? Try a sample packet to see which ritual resonates most with you.

  2. Choose your ritual → Select a smoke, tea, or foot soak. For an enhanced experience, combine two at the same time.

  3. Receive your practice → Each product comes with a QR code that unlocks a guided practice—meditation, journaling, movement, or breathwork—crafted to complement the blend.

  4. Immerse yourself → Our practices are intentionally short, but complete. In just 10–15 minutes, you’ll experience a full ritual that restores balance and connection. You may return to the practices as often as you like.

  5. Sample pack option → Sample packs include mini practices (1–3 minutes each) so you can taste the blends and experience a quick ritual for every sample.
