Within each of us lives a constellation of parts; the protector, the nurturer, the wounded, and the wise. Each carrying a piece of our story.

 

Through gentle, IFS-informed coaching, we listen to these parts with compassion, learning how they’ve shaped our experiences and how to bring them into harmony and belonging.

 

This work becomes sacred as we also honor the ancestral and generational imprints held in the body’s memory, bringing healing not only to our personal parts but to the inherited stories that live through us.

Discovering Sacred Parts-Work

What Is Parts Work?

Parts work is influenced by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. This approach understands that within each of us lives a whole system of inner parts, shaped by our life experiences, relationships, and the ways we’ve learned to stay safe in the world. Some parts protect, some carry pain, and others hold wisdom and creativity. Sacred Parts Work builds upon this understanding through a trauma-informed and ancestral lens. Together, we explore the voices, sensations, and stories that arise from within, gently uncovering how they have shaped your beliefs and behaviors. For many people, especially people of color, these parts can also carry the echoes of epigenetic and ancestral experiences passed through generations. In this work, every part is welcomed with compassion. We learn to listen and appreciate each part’s role while helping it release what it no longer needs to carry. Over time, you begin to recognize the steady, grounded Self—the calm center that can hold all of your parts with clarity and care.

How We Work Together

Sacred Parts Work invites us to meet the many parts of ourselves with compassion and curiosity. In our sessions, we listen to your body, your stories, and your inner world — gently uncovering what each part needs to feel safe, seen, and supported. Here’s how that process unfolds:

In our work together, we compassionately revisit these younger parts, allowing healing, validation, and play to reawaken.

Self-love in parts work isn’t about perfection; it’s about Self-leadership.

 

Allowing your calm, wise center to guide the parts that carry pain or protection.


We practice awareness, compassion, and forgiveness as you learn to connect with and care for each part of yourself.


This process helps you rebuild trust with your body and your emotions, one compassionate moment at a time.

Our parts also show up in how we connect with others; especially in intimacy and vulnerability.


Some parts may protect us from being hurt, while others long to be close but fear rejection or loss.


In our sessions, we explore these protective and vulnerable parts, helping you build intimacy rooted in safety, honesty, and authentic connection.
