Sacral SOULmatic Support

Nature-Based Healing Questions
What is Sacred Nature-Based Healing?
A gentle way to reconnect with the earth and your inner landscape through guided experiences (e.g. forest walks, eco-rituals). It’s grounded in somatic practices and inspired by natural rhythms.
Who is this work for?
This work is for anyone seeking deeper connection—to self, to land, and to the sacred cycles of life. It supports those navigating stress, burnout, transitions, grief, or simply longing for a slower, more embodied way of being. While rooted in holistic and ancestral practices, these sessions are open to all identities, backgrounds, and bodies. Whether you’re brand new to this kind of healing or returning to something your spirit has known all along, you are welcome here.
What should I bring or wear?
Dress for the weather in layers, bring water, a journal, and wear comfortable shoes. In warmer months, sunscreen can be helpful.
Is it safe for all bodies and experience levels?
Absolutely. All bodies, abilities, and backgrounds are welcomed. I hold this work with care and sensitivity; please share any needs in advance so I can support you fully.
Is this offering available now?
I’m currently building this space with intentionality—while the full program is still in development, I’m open for inquiries, pre-booking, and custom nature-based sessions.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are thoughtfully guided in a range of outdoor environments—from NYC parks (with proper permits) to private gardens, wooded trails, community spaces, and even backyards throughout the tri-state area, including New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Each space is chosen with intention, whether it’s a quiet public path or a cherished corner of your own property. Together, we’ll select a setting that feels safe, grounding, and aligned with the healing you seek. Contact me here to explore meaningful location options.
What can I expect in a nature-based healing session?
Every session is guided by your intentions and the natural rhythms of the land. You can expect gentle grounding practices, sensory awareness, space for reflection, and movement or stillness as needed. Some sessions may include breathwork, storytelling, meditative walking, or simply being held in silence by nature. Each experience is co-created—nothing is rushed, and everything is optional. The focus is on helping you reconnect with your body, spirit, and the earth in ways that feel authentic and restorative.
Do you offer workshops or group sessions?
Yes. I offer small-group experiences for as few as five participants. These can be tailored to your group's needs—whether it's a team retreat, sister circle, or community wellness event. Please contact me for availability and custom package options.
