Refund Policy for Sacral Soulmatic Support LLC
At Sacral Soulmatic Support, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies to protect your investment in healing and our time and services. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below:

Single Session Appointments (Introductory & Individual Sessions)

• Cancellations: A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations.

• Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours): Payments will be converted to a credit toward a future session.

• No-Shows: If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.

Customized Coaching Packages

• Cancellations: A full refund is available up to 72 hours before the first scheduled session.

• Post-First Session: Refunds will be issued minus the cost of the first session, which will be charged at the individual session rate.

• Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours): If a refund is requested after 72 hours, the cost of one individual session will be deducted from the package refund.

3-Month Coaching Package

• A three-month commitment is required upon booking the 3-month coaching package.

• Cancellation after Start: If you choose to cancel after starting the package, individual session rates will apply to any completed sessions. The balance will be refunded based on the remaining sessions.

• Cancellation Terms: No additional charges will apply upon cancellation, but the client will be billed for completed sessions at the individual session rate.

Doula Services

• Refunds within 1 Week: A full refund, including the deposit, will be given if cancellation occurs within one week of committing to the doula services.

• After 1 Week, Before Services Begin: If cancellation occurs after one week but before services have begun, all monies will be refunded, minus the deposit amount.

• Less than 25% of Services Provided: If less than 25% of services have been completed, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued.

• Between 25%–50% of Services Provided: If between 25% and 50% of services have been completed, 50% of the package cost will be refunded.

• More than 50% of Services Provided: No refund will be issued if more than 50% of services have been provided.

• Discounted Rate for Partial Service: If more than 50% of services have been provided, a discounted rate may apply if you wish to cancel (e.g., if a 12-week doula package is canceled after 7 weeks, you may be charged at the 8-week rate). This is at my discretion.

Considerations for Balance:
Flexibility in Special Circumstances: While this policy provides clear terms for cancellations and refunds, I understand that life events can occur unexpectedly. In cases of extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies, personal crises, or unforeseen events), I may offer a more lenient approach to cancellations and refunds at my discretion. My goal is to be compassionate and supportive while maintaining fairness to both you and the services provided.

Refund Window for Coaching Packages: For clients booking a coaching package, I understand that sometimes it may take a session or two to determine whether we’re a good fit. Therefore, I will consider offering a 48-hour refund window for the first session. If after the first session, you feel that the coaching isn’t a good fit, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the first session, minus the cost of that session.
